I have successfully registered and maintained over one hundred trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I have experience in office action refusals, third party oppositions, and co-existence agreements. 

I have extensive experience with the franchise registration procedures in the Registration States, and knowledge of FTC compliance for Franchise Disclosure Documents.
